Kristen Noel Kristy Swanson is an American actress who gained fame for playing Buffy Summers in the cult Buffy the vampire Slayer Becky Granger in the telefilm Nightingales as well as the brief-lived NBC show of the same nameErica Paget in the CBS drama Early Editionand Marlowe Viccellio in Psych. Being a native of California she was attracted to acting from the time she was a child. She began working in the world of advertising, appearing in a variety of commercials.
