Dwayne serves as the Lead Pastor of Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, which he founded in 2007. He is the pastoral director with the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne, in addition to being pastor, is passionate about training up the younger generation. He is a Board Director for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the author of many online articles as well as a contributing author in the book Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling: Changing lives with the eternal truth of God (eds. Kelleman (and Viars) Dwayne along with his wife Leslie have three kids.
